Refund policy

●      Customers can return items within 7 days from date of delivery for an exchange or credit . Returned items must be delivered back to our Warehouse within a 7 day period from the date of return acceptance . Failure to return your order back to us in the correct time frame will result in your return being rejected and returned back to you.

●      If you choose to exchange an item/items, Once your return item/items have been processed in our warehouse your exchange order will be sent back out to you on a free standard delivery service.

●      Items must be unworn and unwashed.

●      Items must have all tags attached.

●      Items must be returned in their original packaging.

●      All items will be inspected prior to return being accepted

●      Purchases made at Full Price, In sale, or with a discount code will be refunded, purchases made with a gift card will have their balance returned.

●      All customers must have obtained a returns acceptance with Returns reference number ahead of return – please ensure this acceptance is printed and included with in your parcel

●      Customs and duties may apply on international shipments.

●      Sending is responsible for cost of return and responsible for the return until it received at the 1% warehouse
