Start your return: Email your order details to info@the1percent.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Once we accept your return, you’ll have another 7 days to post it back to us. Please note, that returns sent after this period will be returned to you as they fall outside our returns window.
Shipping your return: Use your preferred carrier to send back the return and make sure to obtain proof of postage.
Return costs: The sender is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Return options: Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled

Shipping your return: Use your preferred carrier to send back the return and make sure to obtain proof of postage. If the item is deemed faulty, we will refund the postage cost.
